About tecadence
There's no shortage of cybersecurity firms out there. Most of them are chasing enterprise contracts and speaking a language small organizations were never meant to understand.
techadence started from a different question: what would it look like if small businesses and nonprofits had access to the same caliber of guidance: without the complexity, the jargon, or the price tag that usually comes with it?
About Elizabeth
Elizabeth didn't start out in cybersecurity. She built her way there through decades of hands-on IT leadership, working alongside small teams and organizations that needed real solutions, not textbook answers.
That journey is what techadence is built on.
Her approach is simple: listen first, advise second, and never leave a client more confused than when they arrived. Whether she's reviewing a policy, building a training session, or answering a tough question, the goal is always the same: to make you feel capable and confident.
When she's not with clients, you'll find Elizabeth outside somewhere in New Mexico: good beer, good friends, and a state that makes it easy to enjoy both.

Philosophy Pillars
Experience Is My Foundation
Decades of IT leadership taught me the best security solutions aren't built on technology alone; they're built on people. I've seen what works, what doesn't, and what keeps small businesses up at night. This experience is what I bring to every client, so you don't have to learn the hard way.
Empathy Is How I Work
A calm presence goes a long way when discussing cybersecurity. I take the time to understand where you're coming from before offering any guidance, as the right solution looks different for every business. You will always leave our conversations feeling clearer and more confident than when you arrived.
Patience Is Part of the Process
Real understanding takes time. This is a feature, not a flaw. We will move at a pace that feels right for you, taking the time to make sure things truly make sense. When your team gets it the habits form naturally, and this is where real protection begins.
